Mental health workshop on Grief and Loss

Mental health workshop on Grief and LossDear Graduate Students and Postdocs,

We are inviting you to register for our last workshop on Grief and Loss. Led by the Center for Innovation in Campus Mental Health (CICMH), these interactive workshops aim to provide participants a holistic understanding of mental health and mental illness, and are not designed to include therapy sessions. Please use the form to register for the event, as we will be using it to ensure a safe space during the event.

Our next workshop is Grief and Loss. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing many of us to change the way we go about our daily lives. With those changes, some of us are experiencing a wave of losses: economic, social, physical and emotional. For some, these losses may build up and lead to feelings of grief. Why is it important to accept and allow these feelings? Acknowledging the grief that we are going through allows us to take the steps necessary to heal.

The workshop is free, but registration is required. We will send the email with the zoom link to all the registered attendees. The registration deadline until the beginning of the event, however we encourage you to register ASAP since the sitting is limited.

Warm wishes,
PGSA
