GRADSIS (Graduate Student Information System)
Note: Please complete your 2016-17 GradSIS Student/Supervisor Agreement Form before June 15, 2017.
GradSIS will be decommissioned after Thursday, June 15, 2017 to transition data migration from GradSIS to GEMS (Graduate Education Management System) on July 4, 2017. Therefore, there will be no student/supervisor agreement system available for approximately 2 weeks (June 16 – July 3).
On September 6, 2005, the Faculty of Medicine launched GradSIS, a web-based graduate student/supervisor agreement and financial tracking system. As of the 2005-2006 academic year, all doctoral-stream (MSc/MASc/PhD) students in the Faculty of Medicine will use this on-line Agreement Form. Data will be entered into GradSIS by students, supervisors and administrators in the Faculty’s graduate units.
